52120A Transconductance Amplifier Firmware Upgrade

The latest firmware upgrade for the 52120A Transconductance Amplifier is now available. Read the firmware installation instructions before proceeding with upgrade. You will be asked to complete a brief product registration form before going to the download page for the first time. You will be asked to complete the form even if you have previously registered your 52120A.
Firmware installer software requirements:
•A PC, running Microsoft Windows XP or higher, with an RS-232 or USB* serial port to perform the software installation.
•Serial interface cable for data interconnection between the PC's RS-232 port and the instrument.
•Downloaded the updater program (available from the line above) onto the PC.
NOTE: this program runs direct from the PC it does not install any files onto the PC.
* The use of a USB port requires a USB-to-serial converter with a male DB-9 RS232 connector.
