As a Customer Advocacy Manager, it’s my job to identify opportunities to improve our customer’s experience. We are continually working on ways to improve while keeping the customer’s interests at the heart of everything Fluke Calibration does.

I have been fortunate enough to work my way up from Assembler to Manager and along the way have been able to experience many of the same challenges our customers do when instruments require service. I too have been a long time Fluke customer from my first multimeter as a hobbyist to the high-end calibrators I have used as a calibration tech. I believe this experience has helped me ask the simple question “How would I like to be treated?”
