MET/SUPPORT Gold information moving to Cubyt
MET/SUPPORT Gold calibration procedures are moving to an all-new platform, called Cubyt. Cubyt currently hosts 410,000 device profiles, 320,000 OEM specifications, and 250,000 CAL-SHEETS, making it the world’s largest metrology database.
Cubyt continues to see 30,000 additional devices added each month. Eventually, this platform will be the one source of truth for all metrology and calibration data across the world.
Accessing MET/SUPPORT Gold calibration procedures
Current and future MET/SUPPORT Gold customers will need to access the information a little differently from the previous process.
To gain access to calibration procedures on Cubyt:
- Create an account on Cubyt
- Ensure your flukecal.com account is registered to your MET/SUPPORT Gold subscription
- You must use the same email address for both accounts
Once you have completed these steps, your Cubyt account will gain access to download the procedures during the next account sync, which can take a day or two. This is a one-time process.
After the system syncs, you will have access to more than 15,000 MET/SUPPORT Gold Procedures under the MET/CAL tab on Cubyt. For additional details about using the library in Cubyt, continue reading the knowledge base article.
Why change to Cubyt?
As Cubyt continues to grow, accessing any and all procedures you need will be easier. Through this platform, Fluke Calibration will also be able to provide more consistent updates and integrate the library into our future structures. Searching through the library, you’ll find improved search functionality alongside many usability improvements. Metrology management will be easier.
The existing Fluke Calibration procedure library will remain on our website through the end of 2021. However, it will not be updated as new procedures or information are rolled out; all new procedures will be added on Cubyt only.
