DMM Autocal Adapter
The 55XXA/DMMCAL AUTOCAL ADAPTER is a lead set that connects to the 5560A, 5550A or 5540A Multi-Product Calibrators' output blocks at one end and to a device under test (DUT) on the other. The adapter minimizes manual lead connections during the verification process.
