Yes, the website has been translated into French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese. Not every page is available in every language, but most of them are.

How can I get an operator’s manual for my equipment?
Manuals for Fluke Calibration instruments are available for free download on the Product Manuals page. You can also find them on the product page of the instrument you are looking at.
